Experience:

06/1993 – 10/2004: working for Taiwan Ministry of Economy in Viet Nam. Position: Trade invest consultant, Economic office of Taipei Economic and Cutural Office (TECO), Ha Noi, Viet Nam with major tasks including:

Implementing Taiwan’s investment and trade policies in the Vietnamese market;
Providing information on laws, investment and business enviroment of Vietnam to Taiwanese traders;
Assisting Taiwanese businessmen in solving problemsof investing and doing business in Vietnam;
Enhancing the connection and exchange of Taiwanese merchants in Vietnam and in other countries, and between Taiwanese merchants in Vietnam and Vietnamese and Chinese ones;
Assisting Vietnamese merchants in doing business with Taiwanese ones;
Annually prepare the documents about the business investment environment in Vietnam for the Taiwan Ministry of Economy in order to publish the books.
Interpreting for representatives of Taiwan Ministry of Economy in negotiating conventions and agreements on cooperation between Taiwan and Vietnam.
